Four Things All Americans Need to Know about the Trump Indictment
Akron, OH: Today, Tom Zawistowski, President of the National We the People Convention (WTPC) organization, expressed outrage at the news that President Donald Trump has apparently been wrongly indicted by a Radical NY District Attorney for a non-crime for purely politcal purposes.
Zawistowski wanted to make the following four things clear to All Americans who are hearing about this spurious indictment from the leftist deep state controlled government media:
1) This is Election Interference, plain and simple. The Government is going to keep you from being able to vote for the person you want to vote for because they will not concede power to the American people via the ballot as guaranteed in the Constitution. The fact is that, like 3rd world banana republics, the people who stole the 2020 election to install the totally corrupt Biden Regime have now moved to arrest the leading candidate from the opposition party to preemptively interfere with the outcome of the 2024 Presidential Election.
2) The Process is the Punishment. Legal "Experts" on both the Left and the Right have looked at this dubious "case" by the Soros-backed radical Manhattan District Attorney and said it will not survive especially at the appellate court level. To quote Johnathan Turley, the case is "legally pathetic." The ONLY purpose of this fraudulent legal action is to negatively affect Trump's chances of winning the Presidency in 2024. The goal is NOT to Convict Him of a Crime - they have tried and FAILED to do so for SIX YEARS - the goal is to continue and expand the lie that Trump is a "criminal" - with ZERO EVIDENCE - while hiding from the public the fact that it is Biden, and Obama, the Clintons and many others who are the real criminals.
3) If they can do this to Trump, they can and will do this to YOU and anyone else who challenges the power of the non-elected Government Bureaucrats in the ruling class. It is important to understand, not only is this another attempted political execution of Trump, it is a statement to EVERY other politician, that they will do the same thing to you if dare to run without their permission for ANY office and are seen as a threat to their power. To quote Chuck Schumer from 2017 "Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community - they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you," said Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer Tuesday evening on MSNBC.
4) By this Indictment, the Rule of Law is no longer in force and the U.S. Constitution has been suspended. To quote Nancy Pelosi from her tweet from March 30th, "No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence." That statement in itself makes it clear that the ruling class does not acknowledge our Constitution and that it is a cardinal principle of our system of justice that every person accused of a crime is presumed to be innocent unless and until his or her guilt is established beyond a reasonable doubt. The former United States is no longer ruled by laws but by men who are tyrants.
Zawistowski, concluded by saying, “The Democrat/Socialist/Deep State has created a REAL Constitutional Crisis, not only with this politically motivated indictment of Trump, but by the proven spying on the Trump campaign in 2016, the bogus “Russia, Russia, Russia” lies, the two illegitimate “impeachments”, the stealing of the 2020 election, and the intentional instigation of the January 6, 2021 “Fedsurrection”. We urge President Trump NOT TO COOPERATE in this mis-use of the law and refuse to go to New York to “turn himself in for arraignment” and legitimize this illegitimate prosecution. We expect Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to keep his word and not participate in an extradition of Trump to New York. It is time for Conservatives to draw a line in the sand and defend the rule of law. Now that the Left has set the precedent with this illegal act, we will also be pushing Rebulican DA’s and Attorney Generals to start looking to indict major Democrat political figures and potential Presidential Candidates for any “crimes” they may have committed in their jurisdictions.”

Court Releases Details of Trump's Arraignment in New York on Tuesday, April 4th
Former President Donald Trump’s first hearing will take place on April 4, a court spokesperson confirmed on Friday.
Trump is set to appear at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday before New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, the spokesperson told The Epoch Times via email.
The hearing will be open to members of the public and the press on a first come, first serve basis, the spokesperson said. The hearing will not be livestreamed.
The courthouse is located in lower Manhattan.
