Democrat Ohio Judge rules voters should be able to send back their absentee ballot by "fax or email" in insane ruling - Appeals Court Stays Order!

On Friday, September 11, 2020 Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Stephen L. McIntosh, a Democrat, sided with Ohio Democratic Party attorneys who argued nothing in current state law prohibits state officials from offering an online option for absentee voting. McIntosh’s Friday ruling says the state must allow voters to fill out a physical form and email an image or fax it to their county elections office.
The current system allows voters to request an absentee ballot application online, but the actual application itself must be printed off and filled out in ink and signed before being physically delivered to a county elections office.
Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, a Republican, said “Today’s ruling rolls out the red carpet to Russian hackers — painting a giant bullseye on the back of our election system and upending the significant progress Ohio has made on election cybersecurity,” LaRose said in a statement. “It injects chaos into what was already a challenging election for our county boards of election, and we are confident that a higher court will correct this quickly.”
Doctor Robert Epstein, the foremost expert in Google and Big Tech information-manipulation, censorship and election interference said, "Ohio's plan to allow voting by email is outrageous. Ballots could be altered en route, delayed, deleted, or even faked. This must NOT be allowed." Epstein is the Senior Research Psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology. Epstein has offered to provide expert testimony to help convince the Appeals Court to over turn Friday's ruling.
On Saturday, September 12, 2020, The Tenth District Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay on a Franklin County judge’s order to have all county board of elections accept absentee ballots by fax or email, according to a statement from Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose' office. They will hear the appeal and make a ruling before the election.

"Without the stay, it would be open season for hackers to attack our boards IT systems. Ohioans need to understand that forcing our county boards to open thousands of e-mailed attachments is not a secure online absentee ballot request system. It puts our elections system at a far greater risk of cyber-attack where just one attachment with a malicious virus could cripple an entire county’s IT infrastructure and degrade the trust voters have in our elections.” said the statement.
This latest effort by the Ohio Democrat Socialist Party is just another attempt to deliberately bring chaos and confusion to the Ohio election system under the guise of defeating alleged "voter suppresssion" in a state that has the most liberal voting regulations in the nation. In Ohio, voters can vote in person at their county board of elections for 28 days before the actual election day. Including during evening hours and on weekends! More than any other state.
Furthermore, Ohio voters can vote by absentee ballot starting a month before the November 3, 2020 election all the way up to election day as long as their ballot is postmarked by election day and received with 10 days after the election. All of this without having to show a photo ID.
Clearly this effort had nothing to do with "voter suppression" but is actually a thinly veiled attempt to make it easier to overwhelm the elections system with fake ballots or enable Google and other Big Tech companies to censor the actual votes of conservative voters.
Unbelievably, the Ohio Democrat Socialist Party still "claims" that the right to vote in Ohio is being "suppressed." Besides this insane attempt to allow voting by "email or fax", they are also waging a campaign to have taxpayers pay for dozens of "drop boxes" in every county where voters can drop their ballots instead of putting them in the mail, because they maintain that a voter having to put postage on their absentee ballot is also a form of voter "suppression."
This after Secretary of State Frank LaRose just got the Ohio Legislature to fund secure drop boxes at every county board of elections - something that was never necessary when citizens voted in person. Would it be unreasonable to consider the possibility that putting "drop boxes" all over the county would provide the opportunity for ANTIFA/BLM to destroy ballots in conservative areas by setting fire to the drop boxes? We think not.
It is clear, that the GOAL of the Democrat Socialist Party, both in Ohio and nationally, is to do what they falsely claimed the Russians tried to do in 2016 and today. That is to undermine the entire election process for one reason and that is to be able to claim that an election they will lose is supposedly "illegitimate."
Why? So that they can aid the communist Chinese in their attempt to use violence in American cities to instigate the overthrow of the duly elected government of the United States of America. Anyone who doesn't understand that, and does not fight against these efforts by the Democrat Socialist Party, is either a "useful idiot" or a part of the Communist threat within our Government and our society. Those traitors behind these efforts must not only be defeated but driven out of our nation once and for all after Trump's re-election is secured.
