Mail-in Voting will not affect the outcome of this election and we will not be waiting "WEEKS" after Election Day to know Trump Won!
by Tom Zawistowski, Oct 15, 2020
Most of the people supporting Trump in this election are confident that he will get more votes than he got in 2016 but are afraid that fraudulent mail-in votes will illegally steal the election OR that we will have to wait WEEKS before we know the results because "so many states" are allowing ballots to arrive long after the November 3, 2020 election day. Based on a study of the voting rules in each state, and the 2016 electoral map, it appears that neither of those things are likely to happen!
First, as this article explains in detail, and as I have put on the Map at the top of this page, ONLY 10 states mail ballots to every voter on their registration roles. (Indicated by the word MAIL in Yellow) Now that is a horrible and stupid thing to do because the voter roles are totally outdated and those state will have no idea how many more ballots "could come in" after election day or who sent those ballots back. Cheating will be exponentially easier in those states because of those laws. But it doesn't matter!
Why? Because of those 10 states, 8 of them are Blue States that Trump lost in 2016 and so it doesn't matter if they cheat because he doesn't need them to win the electoral vote! Of the two state Trump won in 2016, who mail ballots to everyone, Utah and Arizona, he isn't going to lose Utah and he will probably win Arizona again.
Stop worrying about Mail-in ballot cheating because it will have no effect on the 2020 election!
This map shows, 14 more states, including Ohio, mailed absentee ballot REQUEST FORMS, NOT Ballots, to every "registered voter" in their state:
That is not the same as mailing ballots to everyone. The reason is that the voter then has to send in a request for an absentee ballot to be sent to them and their voter registration is checked before doing so. Plus, and this is important, the Board of Election then knows how many ballots are still out there and have not been voted the day after the election.
So you can't just easily manufacture ballots after the election, like the states that mail out actual ballots to everyone, because they had to be requested and had to be postmarked by election day.

Now, at the map above indicates, because of Covid, 45 of the states are allowing people to vote absentee, but 35 of them require the voter to request a ballot. So, again, the BOE will know who has ballots, which ones were received before the election, and how many are outstanding. So, unless the number of outstanding absentee ballots is greater than the margin of victory for Trump, they will not matter.
As this Map shows, the margin of victory for Trump was very small in six states - Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida and New Mexico. However the margin of loss for Trump was also narrow in four states - Minnesota, New Hampshire, Maine, and Colorado.
Trump is leading in Minnesota and New Hampshire and is expect to win those 14 Electoral votes. Giving him 320 if he were to hold on to all the other states he won close in 2016. He could lose both Pennsylvania AND Michigan and still win the electoral college handily with 284 electoral votes! Then he could lose Wisconsin's 10 votes and still have 274. He could lose Florida, which he will not because of the Hispanic vote, but if he did lose Florida's 29 votes, and won Michigan but LOST Pennsylvania, he would STILL have 271 Electoral Votes and would WIN!
You getting the picture? Trump losing is HIGHLY unlikely! In reality, it is much MORE Likely that Trump will win BIG! It is likely that he will keep all of his 2016 states and win Minnesota and New Hampshire AND has a good chance to pick up Nevada, Colorado and Virginia. That would give him 348 electoral votes and wins in 35 of the 50 states and win the popular vote.
Why could that happen, why is that more likely, when the "polls" are saying the Biden is winning by 15%! Here is why:
- In 2016 only 77% of Republicans backed Trump - this year it is 96%. That's 10,000,000 votes!
- In 2016 only 81% of Evangelical Christians voted for Trump this year it is projected to be 90%.
- In 2016 Trump got just 28% of the Hispanic vote, this year the "polls" are predicting he will get a record 36.5%. That's 4.4 Million more Trump Votes and a swing of 8.8 Million votes if those voters voted for Clinton in 2016.
- In 2016 Trump got just 45% of the Catholic vote, but this year he is projected to win 53%, in part because of support by Hispanic Catholics. That's 6.2 Million votes and a swing of 12.4 Million votes if those voters voted for Clinton in 2016.
- In 2016 Trump got just 24% of the Jewish vote but this year they are predicting he will get 28% or more.
- Plus, a recent poll of US Muslim leaders shows 61.48% of them support Trump this election because "Trump does what he says." They represent 2,000,000 US Muslims.
- Finally, and very importantly, In 2016 Trump got just 8% of the Black American vote but this year "polls" are predicting at least 15% and perhaps as much as 20% of the black vote. That's 3.4 Million more votes for Trump and is really a 6.8 million vote swing if those black voters voted for Clinton in 2016.
Friends, ANY ONE of those things keeps the Democrats from winning ANYTHING! ANY THING! All of those things make this election a LANDSLIDE for Trump! Understand, this is a swing of 40.5 MILLION VOTES! Trump only lost the 2016 popular vote by 3 million votes! If Trump get 10% of those votes, and he will much more than that, it will be more than enough to win the popular vote AND a HUGE Electoral College victory! The Left can't cheat if the races are not close and they are not going to be close in enough states to make cheating possible.
Remember, the Democrats LOST in 2016. Which demographic are they projected to gain votes in? Union workers - no chance. Not when every Police Union is endorsing Trump and Biden is talking about banning Fracking! Gays - insignificant as a voting block at less than 2% of the population. People under 25 - polling already shows they are not even going to turn out and if the do many will vote for Libertarians and the Green Party candidate. Suburban women - not when Antifa wants to burn down Democrat cities and defund the police.
What is Joe Biden's base???? Nothing. He has no base. That is why nobody shows up when he appears in public. The lie that Joe Biden is winning by 15% is nothing but Propaganda intended to suppress the Trump vote.
I'll tell you what is going to suppress Biden's base even more, appointing Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court a week before the election and securing a 6-3 conservative majority for the next 20 years. That is going to suppress all the abortion feminazis who will finally understand that they have lost the fight for Roe v Wade and that the loser Democrat/Socialist - particularly Obama and Biden - let them down. No need to vote this election for that block because they will have lost BEFORE the election!
Finally, the issue of "You will not know who wins this elections for Weeks after Election Day!"
First, their are dynamics at work that are really making it unlikely that tons of ballots are going to arrive AFTER election day. Here in Ohio we are seeing a very disturbing result of the irrational fear of Covid being purposely generated by politicians who want to affect the outcome of the election. Initially, I expected that at most 40% of Ohioans would vote by absentee ballot and or vote early and I was concerned that a large percentage of those would arrive after election day.
As the October 6, 2020 date for early in-person voting and for absentee ballots being mailed to voters approached, I was shocked by what what was happening at our 88 county Boards of Elections. Literally 50% of all voters had already asked for an absentee ballot! On October 6th close to 2,000,000 ballots were mailed out to voters with more requests coming in daily. Election officials are now projecting that 60% of Ohio voters will vote by absentee vote by mail.
Now, here is the next important change. Due to all the news stories about postal workers destroying ballots, mail-in ballots being rejected for various technical reasons, and other stories about election cheating with mail-in ballots voters are TERRIFIED that their absentee ballot will not be counted. So, we are seeing another important development. Everyone voting absentee is mailing back their ballot immediately after getting them! There is NOT going to be hundreds of thousands of ballots arriving in Ohio after November 3, 2020 even though we changed our law to count them up to 10 days after the election!
This is combined with another phenomena we are seeing in Ohio - huge numbers of voters are voting in-person before election day. That combined with what is happening with early absentee voting is making it likely that 70% - 80% of votes will have been cast BEFORE election day! All of those votes will be counted and ANNOUNCED right after the Ohio Polls close on Election day at 7:00 PM. One top election official told me that we will know who has won Ohio on Election Day, probably EARLY because 98% of the ballots will have been cast! So much for not knowing who won for weeks after the election.
Then, take another look at this map:
I have indicated in yellow the states that are going to allow votes to be counted after November 3rd and by how many days. You will notice that ONLY
However, go back to the start of this article. If Trump wins Minnesota and New Hampshire on Election Day - neither of which allows ballots received after election day to be counted - Trump still wins the electoral college vote on Election day even without Michigan and Pennsylvania! Those two can knock themselves out counting for as long as they want because IT WILL NOT MATTER! Plus, Pennsylvania is only allowing 3 days for ballots to arrive after the election, so even in a worse case scenario we would know who wins by Friday!
It is real simple. If the Trump voters turn out in the numbers it looks like they are going to turn out, none of the media hype and leftist shenanigans are going to happen. If Trump puts up Big Numbers the threat that they are going delay the election until they can steal the election is as empty as the "Russia, Russia, Russia" hoax and the Impeach Trump fraud and all the other lies the left tells themselves because they simply can't handle the truth.
They are the outsiders, they are the minority, they are not in charge, they are not smarter than us, they can't win unless they cheat, no one believes their lies, no one believes in their policies, Americans are not going to be intimidate by their bullying, Americans are not going to hand over their freedom and their country to a bunch of fools who actually believe the proven lie that state control under Socialist/Communism rule is better than individual freedom and liberty with free market capitalism.
Let me end with this. A friend said to me the other day that he was watching all the morning shows on ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC and CNN and everyone looked so down and so angry. If Biden were actually winning by 15% they would be jumping for joy but they are not - because they know Biden is losing big and they are just a bunch of pathetic losers.
I hope this analysis eased your fears and helped you believe that we are not just going to win, we are going to win big. We need to just do our job and turn out our Trump voters and get the ALL to vote Down Ticket for ALL Republicans because any Republican is better than a communist Democrat/Socialist!
These States Invalidate Mail-In Ballots After Election Day
BY ALEXANDRA HUTZLER ON 7/31/20 AT 4:19 PM EDTMillions of Americans are expected to mail in their ballots for this November's presidential election because of the coronavirus health crisis, but in a majority of the country if a ballot is sent too late, it won't be counted.
Officials in 34 states will not accept ballots that arrive in the mail after Election Day—even if they are postmarked before the contest is held, a report from the National Conference of State Legislatures showed.
Sixteen states and Washington D.C. will still count the vote if the ballot arrives after the fact, but the time frame varies from state to state. Alaska, for example, will accept a ballot for up to 10 days post-race as long as it's postmarked on or before Election Day. In Kansas, voters only have three days to make sure the ballot is delivered.
The various sets of rules add even more confusion to what is shaping up to be a chaotic election cycle. But one thing is clear: If you plan to vote by mail, you'll need to do it early. Dropping your ballot in a mailbox on Election Day may not guarantee your vote was cast.
Recent polling has shown that Americans overwhelmingly support universal access to mail-in voting. A Gallup survey from mid-May found that 63 percent of U.S. adults support their state allowing all voters to vote by mail or absentee ballot in this year's presidential election.
But President Donald Trump does not back voting by mail and falsely claims that it will lead to increased fraud. He's even suggested delaying the 2020 contest altogether, although the remark was met with swift opposition from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle.
With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA. Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???
On Friday, Trump told reporters that "this is going to be the greatest election disaster in history."
For the most part, mail-in voting is safe. However, not all ballots get counted. Nearly a quarter of votes cast in the 2016 election were carried through the mail, according to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, and roughly 1 percent, or 319,000, of absentee ballots were rejected. Half of them were rejected due to mistakes with voter's signatures and about a quarter were denied because the ballot arrived after the deadline.
The United States Postal Service is already warning election officials that it won't be able to guarantee that voters' ballots will arrive by a certain date. The agency told Fox News that voters should be advised to request ballots at the earliest point allowable but no later than 15 days prior to November 3.
Many states are also encouraging voters to use drop boxes to return mail-in ballots rather than the postal service. Ahead of Michigan's primary elections next week, state officials asked voters on Friday to consider using a drop bin or dropping off absentee ballots at a county clerk's office.
If a voter's mail-in ballot arrives after Election Day in the following states, it will not be accepted by officials: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Sixteen states and the District of Columbia will accept the ballots that arrive after Election Day, so long as they are postmarked before or on the day of the contest. Here's how long a state will wait to count a ballot sent by post, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures and information from state agencies.
Alaska: Ten days after the election if postmarked on or before Election Day.
California: Seventeen days after the election if postmarked on or before Election Day.
District of Columbia: Seven days after the election if postmarked on or before Election Day.
Florida: If a mail ballot is not accepted, the elections office is required to notify the voter and provide them with an opportunity to fix the issue. A vote-by-mail cure affidavit must be submitted by 5 p.m. two days after the election.
Illinois: Fourteen days after election if postmarked on or before Election Day
Iowa: No later than noon on the Monday following the election and must be postmarked by the day before Election Day.
Kansas: Three days after the election if postmarked before the close of polls on Election Day.
Maryland: Ten days after the election if postmarked on or before Election Day.
Michigan:
Appeals Court Reverses Election Rule - Ballots must be in on Election Day!
New Jersey: Forty-eight hours after polls close if postmarked on or before Election Day.
New York: Seven days after the election for mailed ballots postmarked the day before Election Day.
North Dakota: Must be postmarked by November 2.
North Carolina: Three days after the election if postmarked on or before Election Day.
Ohio: Ten days after the election if postmarked by the day before Election Day.
Pennsylvania: Three days after election day if postmarked by election day.
Texas: The day after the election by 5 p.m. if postmarked on or before Election Day.
