All DOGE Cuts Must Be In the House Budget!
NEW INFO: Scroll to the Bottom & Read - GOP Senators are getting Wobbley - Call them!by Tom Zawistowski, President, We the People Convention
Now, I said it before the break that our first job is to get Trump's appointees confirmed. The second job that we've got to get on starting right now is, ladies and gentlemen, we have got to have a real conversation with our House members because Doge is finding all this stuff, okay. And I know Trump is going to try to cut these spending with impoundment, but, you know, and I know, they the Congress, just had a five hour meeting or something at the white House to talk about the bill they're going to put through. They're going to try to use budget reconciliation to either pass one big, beautiful bill or two bills.
One is the tax code, you know authorizing the 2017 tax cuts and putting in no tax on tips, no tax on Social Security, all that stuff. The other one is the build the wall and some other things that we that we need to do. Okay. Which Tom Homan needs that money. I mean, he's he's saying that he needs the money to deport these illegals.
Now, here's the problem. They're going to pass an omnibus. (Watch the 5 Min Steve Bannon video at the end of his article) They're still not doing what the Constitution calls for. That is to do these 12 Appropriations for defense, energy, and all that. That becomes the budget. They don't do that. They haven't done it in 26 YEARS!!! They just keep adding to the current spending and cut NOTHING!
Tell YOUR House Representative that THIS IS WHAT THEY NEED TO DO:
Remember, I keep talking about Elon Musk and Donald Trump first principles, right. How do we defeat the Chinese military? Let's start with physics. Right. Not just continuing to do what we've been doing since World War II. First principles. They don't do that in the budget. With an omnibus, we take all the shit, like USAID that we passed before, and the $500 billion in unauthorized programs, and we just start with that and then put MORE on top! If we keep doing this we'll go broke. We ARE Broke! Do you understand?
This is a big ask. It's going to be a long term thing right from now till April. You have to get your congressman to accept, to state publicly that everything that Dodge discovers, everything, every single line item that they discover, that your congressman will only vote for a budget that removes funding for all of that. Is that too much of an ask?
How stupid can you be when you're paying, you know, $83 million to Politico or New York Times and you're a Republican and you're going to vote for that? Oh, no you're not. They're going to say, well, you know, I only can vote for the whole bill. There's stuff in there that I don't like. But, you know, I don't want to stop President Trump. You see where they're going? See what your job is.
No, no, no. You get to vote on one bill or two. That's fine. But ALL this crap is out of it. Because I'm telling you right now, folks, we could be in a situation by March where Donald Trump has to veto the budget and shut down his own government to stop the madness!

That's the Rubicon. That's where we've got to stop this dead. We can't cross that Rubicon because their is no way back! Your congressman has no idea. You have an idea because you listen to this podcast. You got it. You understand this money has to come out. We need to cut $1 trillion or we are done. We are $36 trillion in debt.
You know what that is, folks? That was money that was stolen by Barack Obama and Joe Biden and George Soros and the entire global left. They stole $36 trillion of our money. Now, it wasn't money we paid in taxes because they printed it and put our name on it, that we owe it, and they used it to destroy us. Yes, I want the Clintons. I want every dime they got. I want every dime Obama's got. I want to go after the Soros money. I don't know how that works, but we need to get that back.
But damn it, we've got to stop committing suicide first. And they keep going after the the people like Chip Roy in Congress who are the budget hawks. The people saying we got to cut spending like they're nut jobs, they are not nut jobs. This is math. It's basic math. We are done. America will cease to exist if we keep spending $1 trillion we don't have every 100 days.
It's idiocy. Whatever the pain is, we have to be willing to pay it. The politicians will be willing to pay it because they're afraid they'll get unelected. You gotta start calling your congressmen. You gotta go see them wherever they are. You gotta take every member of their team in your congressional district. You got to corner them. You got to start saying, listen to me. Every cut that Doge finds, every misuse of spending, every agency that Trump wants cut, you got to take out of the budget. There's no compromise here.
There's no Compromise here. And if you don't, we will primary your ass in 2026. And we will get money from Elon and from Nicole Shanahan and Trump's endorsement. And we will take you out. We're done. The jig is up.
I think we can win that argument. We have to win that argument. That's a pretty big ask. But I know you. I know you guys. We've worked together for 15 years. Never doubt the American people. That's what I've learned in 15 years. Never doubt us. Don't ever say we can't do something because there's nothing we can't do if we get focused on it.
I'm asking you to get focused. How's that for an ask? That's probably the biggest damn ask I've ever made. Let's get after it this week. Let's get our people appointed, and then let's get after our congressman. No compromise here, folks. None. Zero.

Republicans are growing uncomfortable with several aspects of Donald Trump and Elon Musk's government cuts.

Republicans are increasingly uncomfortable with President Donald Trump and billionaire ally Elon Musk’s strategy to slash the federal government. Sen. Jerry Moran warned the White House that dismantling USAID could hurt Kansans who sell their crops to a government program that fights hunger abroad, our Ben Leonard and Hailey Fuchs report. Idaho Rep. Mike Simpson’s staff wants answers about how an OMB-directed hiring freeze could affect the National Park Service.
Some GOP lawmakers are privately expressing alarm as they pass around a letter the administration sent to fire USDA microbiologists working to stop the bird flu and other animal diseases. Several Republican senators have also voiced concerns about how NIH cuts could hurt universities back home.
They're all early signs of the difficult task Republican lawmakers will face over the next four years: figuring out how to stand up for their constituents without appearing disloyal to the president.
And it’s highlighting a significant GOP divide. While some more centrist members are nervous about the pace and scale of the spending cuts, House conservatives want Trump and Musk to slash even more — especially if they don’t get their desired level of spending cuts in the party-line bill to enact the president’s sweeping domestic agenda.
Centrist Republicans could withhold key support if the budget reconciliation measure guts safety-net programs for lower-income Americans. House Republican leaders already think they’ll need to scale back some of those proposed cuts to pass any bill through the Senate.
The Trump administration is offering Musk's Department of Government Efficiency as an alternative vehicle for slashing funding without relying on Congress, according to three GOP lawmakers — and some hard-liners are signaling they're open to that approach.
Fresh test: Expect Republican senators to face questions this week about DOGE seeking access to an IRS system that holds detailed financial information about millions of taxpayers.
