WTPC: SCOTUS Protects Cheaters and Law Breakers

Akron, OH: Reacting to court actions today, Tom Zawistowski, President of the TEA Party affiliated We the People Convention (WTPC) and Executive Director of the Portage County TEA Party, said “Today’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court not to take up the Pennsylvania suit that sought to invalidate their election results based upon the fact that voting rule changes were made in violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution and the U.S. Constitution was cowardly, grossly unfair, legally irresponsible and a complete abandonment of the rule of law and the meaning of the Constitution.”

Zawistowski went on to say, “The defense of their deliberate and intentional lawless acts by the State of Pennsylvania was to in-effect say to the court that, even though we broke the law and did so to steal the election, it would be wrong of the Supreme Court to nullify a governor’s certification of a presidential election because it would be 'one of the most dramatic, disruptive, invocations of judicial power in the history of the Republic' and it has never been done! Furthermore they had the gall to say, “The loss of public trust in our constitutional order resulting from the exercise of this kind of judicial power would be incalculable.” Loss of public trust??? There is NO PUBLIC TRUST! The supposedly 6-3 “conservative majority” of the Supreme Court went along with this specious argument! They acted to protect the illegal votes and the law-breaking PA Supreme Court, the Secretary of State, Governor, local politicians, and corrupt election officials, and they denied the legal votes of those citizens who did not cheat and did cast legal ballots.”

Zawistowski concluded, “NO American can see this as fair or right or just. NO American can ever believe that the our elections are not rigged. This ruling literally confirms that they were illegally conducted! Our organization took the position a week ago in our Washington Times ad that the only way to protect and preserve the Constitution and our Republic was for President Trump to immediately declare a limited form of Martial Law, and temporarily suspend the Constitution and civilian control of these federal elections, for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote. A vote that assures a fair election in every jurisdiction and reflects the true will of the people. Today’s ruling makes our position more tenable and President Trump’s duty crystal clear. We will take action in the coming days to achieve this solution which will prevent what we fear will be a violent civil war if unconstitutional decisions such as these and blatant election fraud are allowed to stand. We the People will not allow it.”
