Obamacare is a failure—plain and simple

Washington promised that Obamacare would lower costs and expand access to quality care. Instead, families are facing higher premiums, fewer choices, and coverage that often falls apart when it’s needed most.
Rather than admit failure, Congress doubled down during COVID—dumping hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars into expanded subsidies to conceal Obamacare’s soaring insurance costs.
The result? Massive waste and abuse.
At least 160,000 Obamacare applications were altered without authorization by insurance brokers or agents, and fraud continues to plague the system. Meanwhile, more than 1.5 million households earning 400% of the Federal Poverty Level received taxpayer subsidies. Even worse, families making up to $600,000 a year are now receiving government-funded health insurance.
Insurance companies made out like bandits—collecting hundreds of billions in taxpayer money while raising premiums, restricting care, and driving costs even higher.
Now Democrats—and disturbingly, several Republicans—want to make these so-called “temporary” COVID-era subsidies permanent. That’s a stunning reversal from lawmakers who once promised to repeal Obamacare entirely.
After spending $1.3 trillion over ten years, Obamacare is still unaffordable. Throwing another half-trillion dollars at a broken system won’t fix it—it will only deepen our debt and reward failure.
It’s time for Congress to stop the waste.
Call your Member of Congress now and demand an end to the COVID-era Obamacare subsidies.
Enough is enough.
